The Lithuania employer processes the work permit / mediation and temporary residence permit through Lithuania's Employment Service, with candidate-side documents — medical fitness and police clearance — prepared in parallel from Pakistan. Realistic timeline from offer to deployment is 9–11 weeks once the document chain is confirmed.
