Who applies for the Ukraine work permit?
The registered Ukrainian employer applies for the work permit at its territorial office of the State Employment Service (DSZU) on the worker's behalf. We coordinate every Pakistan-side document the application needs.
How long does the Ukraine process take?
It varies by case — the work permit, D visa and residence permit each take time, and BEOE Protectorate clearance runs in parallel on our side. We give a realistic timeline for your specific batch up front rather than an optimistic guess.
Do you handle the full process?
We handle everything on the Pakistan side — sourcing, trade testing, medicals, attestation and BEOE Protectorate clearance — and coordinate with the Ukrainian employer on the permit, visa and residence-permit steps.
