BEOE-licensed, government-tracked process

The labour shortage across Europe is structural, not seasonal: EU freedom of movement has pulled workers from Romania, Bulgaria and the Balkans toward Western Europe for years, and the sites, hotels and factories left behind have to be staffed from somewhere. Crown Enterprises has built documented deployment routes into ten European countries to answer that gap, each run under its own national permit system rather than a single generic "Europe" process.

From Romania's D-visa system to Croatia's post-2021 employer-driven HZZ labour-market test to Albania's Leje Unike, every corridor below has its own timeline, wage floor and worker-category rules — and its own dedicated page with the current detail. We don't run one script across ten countries; we track what each government actually requires.

FAQ

Questions employers ask first.

Which European countries does Crown recruit Pakistani workers for?

Romania, Türkiye, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Bulgaria, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Moldova, Albania and Croatia — each run under its own national work-permit system, not a single generic process.

Is the work-permit process the same across every European country?

No. Each country has its own system — for example Romania's D-visa (D/AM1, D/AM2), Türkiye's 16-digit government-tracked reference code, Albania's Leje Unike (Unique Permit), and Croatia's post-2021 employer-driven HZZ labour-market test. Crown manages each corridor against its own current rules rather than applying one template to all ten.

What trades are most in demand for Pakistani workers across Europe?

Construction and skilled trades, textiles/footwear manufacturing, hospitality and tourism (especially along the Adriatic and Black Sea coasts), logistics and transport, and agriculture/food-processing are the consistent shortage sectors across most of these ten corridors.

Does Crown charge employers for recruitment?

No. Sourcing, screening, trade-testing and documentation are handled and absorbed by Crown at zero cost to the employer. Flight, permit and other logistics costs are arranged case-by-case per employer.

How is Crown licensed and verifiable?

Crown Enterprises Overseas Employment is licensed by Pakistan's Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment (BEOE) under OEP License 2869/RWP, ISO 9001:2015 certified, and a member in good standing of both the Pakistan Overseas Employment Promoters Association (POEPA) and the Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI). All of these can be verified independently.
