Construction, welding, manufacturing, textiles and hospitality workers — sourced in Pakistan and deployed to Romania through the full work-permit and D/AM visa route.
Romania has become one of the most active European corridors for Pakistani labour, as its construction, manufacturing and industrial employers face persistent workforce shortages. Crown Enterprises Overseas Employment actively processes Pakistani workers into Romania — including the work permit and D/AM long-stay visa route — and we manage the Pakistan-side compliance end-to-end.
Romania is a route we run continuously, not occasionally, so we know the documentation, the embassy steps and the common bottlenecks. That operational familiarity is what turns a complicated EU work-visa process into a deployment that actually completes.
Romanian employers most actively recruit Pakistani workers in these sectors:
Romania uses an employer-led work-permit system followed by a long-stay employment visa. In outline:
Process and timelines are indicative and depend on current Romania immigration regulations and individual cases. We confirm the live requirements for your specific roles before any commitment.
Every Pakistani worker going to Romania must be processed through the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment (BEOE) and cleared by the Protectorate of Emigrants — it is a legal requirement, and doing it correctly is what separates a compliant deployment from a problem. As a licensed Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP 2868/RWP), we handle Protectorate clearance, attestation, GAMCA/required medicals, police clearance and pre-departure formalities, so your workers arrive legally documented and ready.
The D/AM is Romania's long-stay visa issued for the purpose of employment. It's granted after the employer's work permit (aviz de angajare) is approved, and it lets the worker enter Romania to take up the job and then obtain a residence permit.
The Romanian employer applies for the work permit through the immigration authority (IGI) for the specific worker. We coordinate the Pakistan-side documents the process needs.
It varies by case and current processing loads — the work permit and then the D/AM visa each take time, and Protectorate clearance runs in parallel. We give a realistic timeline for your specific batch up front rather than an optimistic guess.
We handle everything on the Pakistan side — sourcing, trade testing, medicals, attestation and BEOE Protectorate clearance — and coordinate closely with the Romanian employer on the permit and visa steps.
Construction trades, welders, textile and manufacturing operatives, and hospitality staff are the most actively recruited.
