The Role

Factory / Production Operator in Croatia (Proizvodni operater).

Operating and monitoring production-line machinery, quality checks, packing and assembly line support. This role is based in Croatia on an employer-sponsored stay-and-work permit, deployed from Pakistan through a BEOE-licensed process.

Requirements

Who we need.

Experience as a Factory Worker, Production Operator, or Machine Operator (or related)
Valid Pakistani passport (min. 18 months validity)
Form 18a — Certificate of Health Status and Vaccination History, completed by a licensed physician in Pakistan (90-day validity; X-ray/stool culture 3-month validity)
Police clearance / character certificate
Willing to relocate under an employer-sponsored work and residence permit

Employers request a labour market test (test tržišta rada) through HZZ before sponsoring, then apply for the stay-and-work permit with Form 17a and your Form 18a health certificate. Realistic timeline from offer to site is typically 10–14 weeks.
