The Role

Factory / Production Operator in Türkiye.

Türkiye's manufacturing and textile sector — anchored by export hubs like Gaziantep, Bursa and Adana — is tightening at exactly the moment informal labour is being pulled out of it: the government's move to formally register over 1.2 million Syrian workers under temporary protection is reducing the informal workforce that textile and light-manufacturing plants in these cities have long relied on.

Salary: EUR 550–750 per month (up to EUR 750), with employer-provided accommodation. Pay depends on experience and trade test result; skilled and certified candidates earn toward the top of the range.

Requirements

Who we need.

Experience as a Factory / Production Operator (or closely related work)
Valid Pakistani passport (min. 18 months validity)
Medical fitness certificate accepted by Türkiye authorities
Willing to relocate under a employer-sponsored work permit through the Ministry of Labour and Social Security e-İzin system, which also functions as the holder’s residence permit
Prior factory or production-line experience preferred
