The UAE employer processes the work permit and Emirates ID through MoHRE (Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation), with candidate-side documents — medical fitness and police clearance — prepared in parallel from Pakistan. Realistic timeline from offer to deployment is 5–7 weeks once the document chain is confirmed.
