Site/facility safety monitoring and compliance — conducting inspections, toolbox talks, incident reporting and PPE compliance checks, and supporting the employer's HSE management system. This role is based in Lithuania on an employer-sponsored work permit, deployed from Pakistan through a BEOE-licensed process. The Lithuanian employer registers the vacancy and secures the work permit / mediation through the Employment Service, followed by a temporary residence permit; candidate-side documents are prepared in parallel from Pakistan.
