Turkish employers apply for your work permit through the e-Devlet portal (Ministry of Labour and Social Security), with candidate-side documents — BISE-attested certificates, IBCC equivalence, MOFA Apostille — prepared in parallel from Pakistan. Realistic timeline from offer to site is 7–9 weeks once the document chain and medical/police clearance are confirmed.
