Order picking from racks, scanning, packing and preparing shipments for dispatch. This role is based in Saudi Arabia on an employer-sponsored work visa (Iqama), deployed from Pakistan through a BEOE-licensed process with GAMCA medical and Protector of Emigrants clearance.

Order-picking roles support the logistics backbone behind Crown's EPC, oilfield-services and hospitality employer partners across Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Province. Saudi employers secure a block visa authorisation via the Ministry of Human Resources' Musaned platform before Crown runs GAMCA medical, document attestation (BISE, IBCC, MOFA Apostille) and Iqama issuance in parallel. Realistic timeline from offer to site is 8–10 weeks once the document chain is moving correctly.
