Welder Helper / Fitter Helper in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Manufacturing carries the second-largest sectoral allocation in the 2026 quota (1,060 permits), concentrated around industrial centres like Zenica, Tuzla and Banja Luka, where steel production, food processing and textile plants report persistent shortages of machine operators and line workers as skilled Bosnians continue moving to Germany and Austria.

Salary: EUR 600–800 per month (up to EUR 800), with employer-provided accommodation. Pay depends on experience and trade test result; skilled and certified candidates earn toward the top of the range.
