What the İzmir pattern taught the desk
Textile plants want operators who already know a shift, not a first-week lecture on clocking in. Stitch samples beat CVs. A small quality layer cannot be faked by promoting the fastest sewer on paper.
MoLSS ratio decided more files than English level. When the SGK picture was weak we did not open consular reference. That decision looks unhelpful in week one and cheap in week ten.
Plant identity stays off the page. References on a call. If another agency has already put that plant’s name on Instagram, that is their release problem, not a reason for us to copy it.
Process URL is turkey-tr.html. General demand URL is pakistanli-isci-temini.html. City flavour for Kayseri is its own page because Kayseri is not İzmir.
Tickets and dormitory rules were written in the demand. Files where those two lines were missing produced arrival-week noise that the plant blamed on Pakistan. It was not Pakistan.
Questions we now ask in week one
SGK picture. Exact machine types. Shift pattern. Dormitory rules. Ticket payer. Quality-layer headcount separate from operators. İzmir is not Kayseri; we will not copy a Kayseri shortlist into an İzmir plant.
Operating standard on every file
We do not raise a shortlist against a voice note. We do not change a trade title after medicals to make a permit look cleaner. We do not put a host-country principal’s name on a public page. We do not invoice the employer for sourcing or for the trade-test itself.
We do refuse files. Closed quota, ratio that cannot work, housing that will not survive an inspection, a driver seat with no licence class, a “technician” who is a helper — those are refusals. A refusal in week one is cheaper than a return ticket in week twelve.
Reply SLA is one business day on a usable note. A usable note has company, city, trades, headcount, housing, tickets, month. Shortlist work follows that note, not a logo exchange. Host-country filings stay with the employer for the life of the file.
Before you wire anything
Verify the OEP number on the public register, not on a broker chat. Write the testable trade. Write the ticket line. Write the city. Do not open both desks on one plant.
If you need a reference, identify your company first. We do not hand out principal names in a first email to an unread inbox.

On files where the 5-to-1 picture was weak we stopped before consular reference. That is the point of asking for SGK first.
