Saudi logistics — anonymised case note

Client names are withheld on this page. We give references on a scheduled call, not in public HTML.

Pattern we actually run: warehouse helpers, reach-truck / forklift where the licence class matches, and LTV drivers. The Saudi entity files the block. Crown runs Pakistan selection and Wafid timing.

What we will say on a call

Arabic version: نفس المذكرة بالعربية. Hub: Saudi corridor.

What this note is allowed to say

Warehouse and driver deployments into Saudi logistics follow a boring pattern: the entity files the block, candidates are tested on the licence class actually required, Wafid is booked once the demand is stable, Protector runs, people arrive in phases if housing is not ready for the full number.

What breaks the pattern: a demand that says “driver” without the class; a medical window that starts before the block is live; a replacement clause that was never written down. We now ask those three questions first because they, not the weld of the CV, ate the weeks.

We will not put the principal’s name on this page. A public case study that identifies a Gulf company without a written release is a problem for them and for us. If you are a serious buyer, we schedule a call and we speak in numbers from that file — batch size, week count, fail rate on medical, how replacement was ticketed.

Arabic readers use the sister URL on this site. The Saudi employer brief and the cost split sit next to this note on the employer hub.

Zero sourcing fee applied on that pattern as it does on every file. Kingdom fees did not.

Questions we now ask in week one

Licence class for every driver seat. Housing beds versus headcount. Medical calendar versus block live date. Replacement ticket language in the demand. Those four questions exist because they were missing on files that looked fine in a slide.

Nothing on this page is a guarantee of the same week-count on your file. Host-state queues move.

Operating standard on every file

We do not raise a shortlist against a voice note. We do not change a trade title after medicals to make a permit look cleaner. We do not put a host-country principal’s name on a public page. We do not invoice the employer for sourcing or for the trade-test itself.

We do refuse files. Closed quota, ratio that cannot work, housing that will not survive an inspection, a driver seat with no licence class, a “technician” who is a helper — those are refusals. A refusal in week one is cheaper than a return ticket in week twelve.

Reply SLA is one business day on a usable note. A usable note has company, city, trades, headcount, housing, tickets, month. Shortlist work follows that note, not a logo exchange. Host-country filings stay with the employer for the life of the file.

FAQ

Why no logo?

Public case studies that name a Gulf principal without a written release become a compliance problem. We do not do that.

Can I speak to a reference?

Yes, after we know who you are and the role you are hiring.
