Full-time · Textiles & Manufacturing · Pay set to your budget · Workers sent from Pakistan
Textile and garment factories in Bosnia and Herzegovina need machine operators and general garment workers, deployed on Bosnian work permits.
Crown does not bill employers for sourcing, screening, trade testing or document processing. You cover the statutory items on your side, such as work-and-residence permit fees, and the contract package. Flights are agreed case by case for each project. Candidates pay only the placement fee that BEOE regulation allows.
Your share of the paperwork is small: a demand letter, a power of attorney, the employment contract and any permit papers the destination country requires.
You get a written feasibility answer within one business day and a shortlist of tested candidates within 5 to 10 working days. Bosnia and Herzegovina uses a work and residence permit; we prepare the Pakistani documents while your application is in progress.
Yes. Each candidate is tested in person in Pakistan, and the result is shown on the shortlist.
Crown Enterprises Overseas Employment charges no sourcing, screening or trade-testing fee; flights are agreed case by case.
Email your CV and passport copy to jobs@crownoep.com — if you email us, remember to attach the CV file yourself; the email link cannot attach it for you. Shortlisted candidates are called for a trade test and interview. Crown Enterprises Overseas Employment is a licensed overseas employment promoter (BEOE) — we never charge candidates illegal fees.

For employers outside Pakistan. Tell us the trade and how many people you need, and we will send a written feasibility note. This is not a job application form.
