Crown does not bill employers for sourcing, screening, trade testing or document processing. You cover the statutory items on your side, such as work visa and residence fees, and the contract package. Flights are agreed case by case for each project. Candidates pay only the placement fee that BEOE regulation allows.
Your share of the paperwork is small: a demand letter, a power of attorney, the employment contract and any permit papers the destination country requires.
We answer in writing within one business day and send a tested shortlist within 5 to 10 working days. Before departure, workers going to the Gulf pass the GAMCA medical and Protector of Emigrants clearance in Pakistan.
