This Shuttering Carpenter opening is one of four skilled construction-trade positions currently open for Croatia (Steel Fixer, Shuttering Carpenter, Concrete Worker and Mason), sourced for a Croatian construction client. Candidates with prior Middle East (GCC) site experience in formwork/shuttering carpentry are given priority in shortlisting. Selection runs through a practical trade test held in Pakistan in the presence of the Croatian client, so only candidates who can attend in person are considered — selection is in person, not by video. Croatian employers request a labour market test (test tržišta rada) through HZZ before sponsoring, then apply for the stay-and-work permit with Form 17a (employer accommodation declaration) and the candidate's Form 18a health certificate, completed in Pakistan before travel. Realistic timeline from offer to site is typically 10–14 weeks once documentation, the labour market test and medical clearance are confirmed.
