Who pays for what

What you pay us: nothing for sourcing, screening, trade testing or the shortlist pack.

Paid by the employer or in Bahrain: work permit and visa fees, any medical the destination requires, the air ticket (unless the contract says otherwise), wages, food, housing and insurance under local law.

Replacement: if a selected worker fails the medical or absconds within the agreed period, we find a replacement with no extra agency fee. Re-issuing the ticket or visa follows the terms of the demand letter.

Industrial tradespeople for Italian employers.

Crown Enterprises Overseas Employment sources and screens Pakistani industrial tradesmen — welders, pipe fitters, structural steel fabricators, electricians and instrumentation technicians — for employer-sponsored work contracts in Italy. Selection for current Italy openings includes a practical trade test held in Pakistan in the presence of the Italian employer, so candidates must be available in-country to attend. Crown handles document attestation (BISE/IBCC, MOFA Apostille), medical clearance and Protector of Emigrants processing once candidates are shortlisted.

One-year contracts sponsored by the employer, with free meals, housing and transport. Each role requires at least 4 years’ relevant experience.

TIG/GTAW Industrial Pipe Welder →

GTAW/TIG pipe welding (Process 141) on carbon steel, stainless and Cr-Mo alloys, from root to cap, including the 6G/HL045 position.

Reading isometric drawings, taking site measurements, fit-up and alignment, and fabricating spools for industrial piping.

Terms

What each Italy contract covers.

One-year contract with a one-month probation period
8 hours a day, 5 days a week
Meals and housing provided free by the employer
Transport provided free by the employer
Medical cover under company policy, with insurance paid by the employer
Overtime as needed; all other benefits and terms under Italian law

Selection Process

How we build the shortlist.

CVs and documents checked against the role (at least 4 years’ experience)
Shortlisted candidates are trade-tested and presented to the employer in Pakistan, held in the presence of the Italian employer
Shortlisted candidates then complete medical clearance and document attestation
Work permit and visa processing, with BEOE-protected deployment — candidates never pay illegal fees
