The real sequence of events from a candidate's selection in Pakistan to their first day on an employer's floor in Türkiye.
Türkiye is one of Crown's most active corridors, covering roles from general labour and construction helpers through to skilled trades and drivers. Employers evaluating a Pakistani agency for Türkiye deployment usually want one thing above all: proof the process is real, licensed and trackable — not an informal arrangement.
We source and trade-test candidates in Pakistan for the exact role and employer, and confirm medical fitness (GAMCA where required) before any paperwork starts.
Each candidate is processed through a licensed travel/visa partner with a government-issued reference code, filed against Türkiye's official employer registration system — with a fixed filing deadline the employer and Crown both track to avoid delays.
Passport, work permit, insurance and offer-letter documentation is assembled per candidate, with Protector of Emigrants clearance completed before travel, under BEOE OEP Licence 2868/RWP.
Every candidate deployed through this corridor is trackable against a government reference number from filing through to arrival — giving Türkiye-based employers a verifiable process rather than a promise. As with all Crown deployments, the employer pays nothing: recruitment, visa and processing costs are absorbed by Crown, with fees charged only to candidates under BEOE-regulated terms.
You pay Crown no sourcing, screening or trade-testing fee. Statutory items on your side, such as work-permit fee (harç), and the contract package stay with you; flight tickets are agreed case by case. Workers are charged only the placement fee permitted by BEOE regulation.
To start, the employer typically provides four things: the demand letter, a power of attorney in Crown’s favour, the job contract, and whatever permit documents the destination country requires. See the full document list.
You get a written feasibility answer in one business day and a tested shortlist in 5 to 10 working days. After approval, allow time for the e-Devlet permit and the employer's 30-day registration deadline on each candidate's 16-digit reference code.
Crown does not invoice employers for selection, screening or skills tests. The work-permit fee (harç) and the contract package stay with the employer; flights are agreed case by case.
