Construction, logistics and manufacturing crews — placed across both the Federation of BiH and Republika Srpska, with each work permit processed through the right entity's system and every document closed out from our Islamabad office.
Written for the HR or procurement manager who signs off a recruitment file from Pakistan. Send us the details below and within one business day you will have a feasibility note, a shortlist plan and an honest estimate in weeks.
Fastest: 6–8 weeks while quota remains
Usual: 8–12 weeks
If the medical, quota or embassy is delayed: on hold once the quota runs out
What you pay us: nothing for sourcing, screening, trade testing or the shortlist pack.
Paid by the employer or in Bahrain: work permit and visa fees, any medical the destination requires, the air ticket (unless the contract says otherwise), wages, food, housing and insurance under local law.
Replacement: if a selected worker fails the medical or absconds within the agreed period, we find a replacement with no extra agency fee. Re-issuing the ticket or visa follows the terms of the demand letter.
We send copies of our licence and ISO certificate with the feasibility note on request.

With so many of its own workers having moved on to Western Europe, Bosnia & Herzegovina is short of hands precisely where its construction and manufacturing projects are growing. That is the corridor Crown works: we source and trade-test Pakistani crews, then handle the entity-specific permit and documentation that makes a Bosnian deployment actually go through — not just an offer letter that stalls at the labour office.
Bosnia is unusual: it is highly decentralised, so the rules shift depending on which entity your site sits in — Federation of BiH or Republika Srpska. Confirming that entity is the first move Crown makes, and the step many agencies get wrong.
Da.
The Council of Ministers fixed Bosnia's 2026 quota at 7,427 work permits: 4,500 for the Federation of BiH, 2,000 for Republika Srpska and 927 for Brčko District, with construction receiving the biggest share. In 2026 the quota was reported as used up by the end of May, long before the year ended, while construction, manufacturing and hospitality firms were still short of workers. Applying early in the quota year greatly improves the chance of getting an allocation.
Yes. Since 19 November 2025, every Pakistani worker going abroad on a work visa must complete the free PakSoftSkills training and register at softskills.oec.gov.pk before the Protector of Emigrants will stamp the passport; without it the worker cannot leave legally. We complete this registration for every candidate as part of our standard pre-departure work, so it never holds you up.
Before any skilled or semi-skilled candidate reaches your shortlist, they are tested at NAVTTC-approved centres. Welders, electricians, machine operators and other technicians are checked against recognised standards rather than their own description of their experience.
Crown Enterprises Overseas Employment is a BEOE-licensed Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP 2868/RWP), ISO 9001:2015 certified, and a member of POEPA. Licence and ISO copies are attached to the employer feasibility pack on request.
Quotas and wages are set each year and do change; these figures are a guide. The 2026 work-permit guide has the full detail, and we confirm the current rules before you commit.
Bosnia & Herzegovina is divided into two entities, each with its own labour administration — so a work permit is filed through whichever entity the job sits in:
A practical planning guide for Bosnian employers and project budgets:
| Targeted Trade | Core Skills We Source | Indicative Timeline |
|---|---|---|
| Civil Construction | Shuttering masons, steel fixers and civil engineers | ~60–90 days |
| Logistics & Transport | HTV truck drivers with experience abroad | ~60–75 days |
| Manufacturing | CNC operators, assembly workers and welders | ~75–90 days |
Timelines here are indicative averages and shift with the entity, quota availability and individual cases — not guarantees. Crown confirms current requirements before committing.
Every crew bound for Bosnia leaves Pakistan with pre-departure orientation and the essential Bosnian/Serbo-Croatian site-safety terms they will hear on the job — so they are safe and productive from day one.
As an Islamabad-based licensed Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP 2868/RWP), we finish BEOE Protectorate clearance, attestation, medicals and police verification in Pakistan before travel — so every worker reaches Bosnia fully and legally documented.
Bosnia & Herzegovina is decentralised into two entities with separate labour administrations. Jobs in Republika Srpska (e.g. Banja Luka) run through the Employment Bureau of Republika Srpska and its quotas; jobs in the Federation of BiH (Sarajevo, Tuzla, Mostar) run through the Federal Employment Service. Crown files through whichever entity your project sits in.
Banja Luka sits in Republika Srpska, so a hire there is processed through the Employment Bureau of Republika Srpska and its quota system.
Sarajevo and Tuzla fall inside the Federation of Bosnia & Herzegovina, so a hire there goes through the Federal Employment Service.
Plan on roughly 60–90 days, depending on the trade, the entity and quota availability — civil construction and manufacturing toward the longer end, logistics often quicker. Crown gives a realistic per-batch estimate and confirms current requirements first.
Civil construction (shuttering masons, steel fixers, civil engineers), logistics (international HTV drivers) and manufacturing (CNC operators, assemblers and welders) are the roles Bosnian employers ask for most.
Yes — Crown runs pre-departure orientation that includes the essential Bosnian/Serbo-Croatian site-safety terms, so crews are safe and productive on arrival.
Crown vrši selekciju i stručno testiranje kandidata u Pakistanu, te vodi kompletnu administrativnu proceduru za radnu dozvolu za strance — bez ikakvih troškova za poslodavca u Bosni i Hercegovini.

Employers evaluating South Asian labour sourcing usually weigh Pakistan against India and Nepal. Here's how they actually compare for the trades Crown places most:
| Aspect | Pakistan | India | Nepal |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strongest trades | Construction, welding, textiles and general manufacturing | Technical trades, automotive and CNC | Repetitive line work and logistics |
| Gulf experience | Common — most tested candidates have worked on Saudi, UAE or Qatar sites | Variable by trade | Variable |
| English proficiency | Common among trade-tested candidates | Widespread | Getting better, but less consistent |
| Cost competitiveness | Strong — wage expectations keep project budgets workable | Moderate, rising with skill level | Strong for high-volume and general roles |
| Our licensing | Direct — BEOE-licensed OEP (2868/RWP), no intermediary layer | — | — |
These are general patterns by trade; individual quality varies by role and group. Crown is licensed and active in the Pakistan corridor only — for workers from India or Nepal, use a partner based in that country.
Choose a category, or send us your exact requirement and we will put forward trade-tested candidates.
