Construction is the backbone of Gulf demand for Pakistani labour, and it is the trade Pakistan supplies in the greatest depth. Crown Enterprises Overseas Employment has spent 16 years mobilising masons, steel fixers, carpenters, scaffolders and skilled labour for contractors across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and beyond.

Whether you need one masonry crew or hundreds of workers for a major project, we find them, test them and handle every step so they arrive ready for work and legally cleared.

Why Pakistan

What Pakistani construction workers bring

Trades

Construction trades we place.

Testing & Certification

Screened before you see a CV.

Every construction tradesman is tested on practical skills, and crews are balanced so they are productive from the first day.

The Data

A large, proven pool of workers.

Construction leads Pakistan's overseas workforce: 874,689 masons, 568,204 carpenters and 371,436 steel fixers have gone abroad since 1971 — over 1.8 million in the core building trades, plus millions of general labourers. See the full Pakistan Overseas Employment Report.

Destinations

Countries we send workers to.

We send construction crews to EPC and building contractors in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain, and to European markets such as Romania. Tell us your mix of trades and numbers and we will confirm availability.

Our Process

Licensed from first call to arrival.

As a BEOE-licensed Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP 2868/RWP), we handle the entire pipeline — you receive job-ready, trade-tested workers, legally processed.

What's Included

One fee structure, start to finish.

When you hire Pakistani construction workers through Crown Enterprises Overseas Employment, the agreed per-worker cost covers the complete journey from shortlist to site — there are no surprise add-ons appearing mid-deployment:

Salaries

Typical wages.

Basic monthly pay is set to your budget — tell us the approved range and we shortlist within it, with certified and senior people at the top of the band. Full ranges are in our Skills Handbook 2026.

Licensed & Ethical

Why work with a licensed OEP.

Any recruitment of Pakistani construction workers from Pakistan must legally go through a BEOE-licensed Overseas Employment Promoter and be cleared by the Protectorate of Emigrants. Using an unlicensed agent exposes employers to non-compliant deployments, document problems and reputational risk. Crown Enterprises Overseas Employment is a licensed OEP (2868/RWP), ISO 9001:2015, operating since 2010.

Our licence is not bureaucracy; it protects you. It means every worker is documented, medically cleared and processed lawfully, that recruitment is ethical and open, and that a traceable, accountable company stands behind each deployment if anything needs sorting out. For a serious employer, working with a licensed promoter is what separates dependable staff from a liability.

FAQ

Questions we hear often.

Can you provide full construction crews?

Yes. We build balanced crews — masons, steel fixers, carpenters and labourers in the right proportions — rather than sending individuals.

Can you fill large-volume orders?

Yes. Construction is our strongest route, and our network is designed for large, urgent mobilisations.

Is every worker trade-tested?

Yes. Masons, steel fixers and shuttering carpenters are tested on real tasks before they are cleared to travel.

Where do you send workers?

Mostly Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Europe, including Romania.

Have the workers worked on sites before?

Many have; we can give priority to workers with GCC experience if you ask.

What do we need from you to begin?

A job description, number of people, destination country and timing. We then confirm feasibility, the indicative cost per worker and the lead time before anything goes ahead.

Are workers ever charged unlawful fees?

No. We are a licensed Overseas Employment Promoter under BEOE rules. Employer charges are quoted openly, and we do not accept illegal fees from workers — ethical recruitment protects you as well as them.

What happens if a worker isn't right for the job after arrival?

We remain in contact after deployment and arrange replacements on the terms agreed at the start, so one unsuitable hire doesn't leave you short.
