Who pays for what
What you pay us: nothing for sourcing, screening, trade testing or the shortlist pack.
Paid by the employer or in Bahrain: work permit and visa fees, any medical the destination requires, the air ticket (unless the contract says otherwise), wages, food, housing and insurance under local law.
Replacement: if a selected worker fails the medical or absconds within the agreed period, we find a replacement with no extra agency fee. Re-issuing the ticket or visa follows the terms of the demand letter.
We send copies of our licence and ISO certificate with the feasibility note on request.

Who applies for the Ukraine work permit?
The registered Ukrainian employer applies for the work permit for the worker at its local office of the State Employment Service (DSZU). We arrange every Pakistani document the application needs.
How long does hiring for Ukraine take?
It varies by case — the work permit, D visa and residence permit each take time, and BEOE Protectorate clearance runs in parallel on our side. We give a realistic timeline for your specific batch up front rather than an optimistic guess.
Do you manage everything end to end?
