Uzbekistan's textile and garment industry — one of Central Asia's largest, spanning yarn, weaving, knitting and made-up garments — regularly runs short of experienced machine operators and production labour. Crown Enterprises Overseas Employment Promoters sources and deploys Pakistani textile workers to Uzbek employers through the standard employer-sponsored route — MFA employer accreditation, an individual Work Permit (Confirmation) via the Agency for External Labor Migration, and an entry/work visa — and we manage the Pakistan-side compliance end-to-end.
We work directly with Uzbek employers, check your registered company before any deployment goes ahead, and give you a realistic timeline for your group instead of an optimistic guess.
Where Pakistani workers are needed in Uzbekistan.
These are the trades Uzbek employers most often hire Pakistani workers for:
- Textile machine operation Operators for weaving, knitting and spinning lines.
- Garment production Sewing machine operators, cutters and finishing and quality staff.
- General textile work Material handling, packing and support on the production floor.
- Maintenance Textile machine maintenance technicians when experienced candidates are available.
The Uzbekistan work-visa route, explained.
Uzbekistan uses an employer-sponsored system with a one-time employer accreditation, an individual work permit and an entry or work visa. In practice the steps are:
- Employer accreditation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs The registered Uzbek employer completes a one-time accreditation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs so it can sponsor foreign workers (usually 10–15 working days, if it does not already have it).
- Work Permit (Confirmation) The employer applies to the Agency for External Labor Migration for an individual work permit for the named worker, which includes a local labour-market check.
- Invitation & work visa The employer requests the official invitation (LOI) and work visa for the worker, and the worker applies for the visa at an Uzbek consulate with the invitation and confirmation.
- BEOE Protectorate (Pakistan) At the same time, we complete the worker's BEOE Protectorate clearance, attestation and medicals in Pakistan.
- Arrival & registration After arrival, the worker registers their address with the migration authorities, as every foreign worker must.
This describes the usual employer-sponsored process as of September 2026. Before you commit, we check the current requirements for your roles and confirm the employer's registration.
Pakistan-side compliance, handled by us.
Every Pakistani worker going to Uzbekistan must be processed through the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment (BEOE) and cleared by the Protectorate of Emigrants — it is a legal requirement, and doing it correctly is what separates a compliant deployment from a problem. As a licensed Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP 2868/RWP), we handle Protectorate clearance, attestation, GAMCA/required medicals, police clearance, mandatory PakSoftSkills pre-departure registration and pre-departure formalities, so your workers arrive legally documented and ready.

Questions about recruiting for Uzbekistan.
Who files the Uzbek work permit?
Once accredited with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the registered Uzbek employer applies to the Agency for External Labor Migration for the worker's Work Permit (Confirmation) and requests the invitation and work visa. We arrange every Pakistani document the application needs.
How long does hiring for Uzbekistan take?
Employer accreditation (only once, if not already held) takes 10–15 working days, the individual work permit 15–30 days, and the visa a few more days. In total it usually takes 6–10 weeks from offer to arrival on site. We give you a realistic timeline for your group at the start instead of an optimistic guess.
Do you manage everything end to end?
We handle everything in Pakistan — finding candidates, trade tests, medicals, attestation and BEOE Protector clearance — and work with the Uzbek employer on the accreditation, work permit and visa.
Which workers do Uzbek employers need most?
Textile and garment manufacturing is the busiest sector — machine operators, weaving and knitting operators, sewing machine operators and general textile production workers.
Does it cost the employer anything to hire foreign workers?
Finding and screening candidates and administrative support are free for the employer. As sponsor, the employer pays only the work permit and visa costs.
Do you check the employer before workers travel?
Yes. We check the Uzbek company's registration and the job details before any candidate profile is shared or taken further.
