What to send so the file can start

Most hold-ups come from incomplete demand details, not from visas.

  1. The hiring company's legal name and country of registration.
  2. Trade licence, CR or company extract, if you have it to hand.
  3. Trades that can be tested — welder, mason, CNC, HTV — rather than just "workers".
  4. How many people, and whether they come in one group or in phases.
  5. City and site.
  6. Wages, housing and meals — who provides each.
  7. Who pays for the flight and the medical.
  8. Arrival window.

Cost guides for Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Türkiye, Romania and Bosnia go with this list — all linked from the employer hub.

Why eight short points work better than a glossy PDF

Employers often send an attractive company profile but leave out the city where people will work. We cannot test a welder for a location we don't know. A scan of your licence helps, but it does not replace the list of trades.

If housing is described as "shared, close to the plant", set out the details: beds per room, meals or allowance, and transport to site. Inspectors in your country will ask you, not us, and writing it in the demand saves a week of back-and-forth.

Phased headcount is a complete answer. “80 now and 80 after first arrival” is a file. “160 immediately” on a ratio-constrained plant is a refusal waiting to be typed.

WhatsApp is fine as long as all eight points are in a single message. Voice notes get transcribed and details go missing. Email works better when company names have accents or long registration numbers.

The same eight points work for Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Türkiye, Romania and Bosnia. There's no need to build a different pack for each country beyond the host-country annex your lawyer already uses.

What happens once you send the eight points

We answer feasible / feasible if you change X / not this quarter. If feasible, we say what we will test and what we will not. If you approve, shortlist work starts. Host filings stay with you the whole time.

A second batch is a new demand line, not a verbal “same again.” Protector and medicals do not copy-paste cleanly when the site or the wage changed.

Operating standard on every file

We do not raise a shortlist against a voice note. We do not change a trade title after medicals to make a permit look cleaner. We do not put a host-country principal’s name on a public page. We do not invoice the employer for sourcing or for the trade-test itself.

We do refuse files. Closed quota, ratio that cannot work, housing that will not survive an inspection, a driver seat with no licence class, a “technician” who is a helper — those are refusals. A refusal in week one is cheaper than a return ticket in week twelve.

Reply SLA is one business day on a usable note. A usable note has company, city, trades, headcount, housing, tickets, month. Shortlist work follows that note, not a logo exchange. Host-country filings stay with the employer for the life of the file.

FAQ

Can I send just the trades to begin with?

Yes. We will still give you a feasibility answer, and the licence copy can come later.

Does the demand letter have to be typed?

A clear email with the eight points is all we need to begin.
