Aluminium & glass system installers for Turkish projects
Hiring now · Winter gardens, pergolas, glass roofs · Experienced fitters · Shortlist on request
What this installer does on site.
This is a specialist fitting role for companies selling winter gardens and terrace enclosures. The worker assembles aluminium frames, mounts glass roofs and bioclimatic louvred pergolas, sets up guillotine glass and multi-panel sliding glass, and installs lift-and-slide (Hebeschiebe) doors — finishing with sealing, adjustment and a final check so the system opens, closes and drains properly.
Who we put forward.
- Fitters who have actually installed winter gardens, glass roofs or pergolas — not general labourers
- Hands-on knowledge of guillotine glass, sliding glass panels and Hebeschiebe hardware
- Accurate site measurement and drawing reading
- Steady at height and familiar with basic site safety
- Video of their own completed work submitted before interview
- Aged 35 or under, passport valid, medically fit, police certificate ready
- Living in Pakistan now and ready to fly without delay
What the opening offers.
- Three-year contract
- Employer provides housing and meals
- Work permit sponsored in Türkiye
- Legal deployment registered with Pakistan's emigration authority
- Pay discussed at offer stage — employers set the budget, we match experience to it
Permit and paperwork, step by step.
The employer files the Turkish work permit through e-Devlet. Our Islamabad desk handles everything in Pakistan at the same time — practical installation test, medical, police certificate, emigration (Protector) clearance and an orientation before departure — so candidates are ready the day the permit comes through.
İşveren için: Alüminyum ve cam sistemleri montajında tecrübeli Pakistanlı ustalar, video ile doğrulanmış becerilerle.
What employers ask us.
Do you test installers before sending CVs?
Yes. Every candidate shows video of a real installation and passes a practical assembly test before we pass the profile to you.
Can lead fitters and helpers come together?
Yes — we can supply a mixed team so a lead installer arrives with helpers he can direct.
Is there a charge to the employer?
There is no recruitment fee for the employer.
