Riders work from a dispatch app or a fixed route list, collect and hand over orders, take proof of delivery and keep the bike in daily working order. We shortlist riders who already do this work in Lahore, Karachi or Islamabad, where dense traffic and tight delivery windows are routine.
Your company files the unified residence and work permit (jedinstvena dozvola) in Serbia. Once it is approved, the rider applies for the Serbian D visa in Islamabad, and our desk prepares the file, the protector stamp with the Bureau of Emigration and the flight.
For riding roles we raise the licence question at the brief stage, so your team knows which Serbian category is needed and how the rider will obtain it after arrival. Nothing about the recruitment, testing or paperwork in Pakistan is billed to you.
