What stays with you as the employer
Hiring a foreign worker in Serbia carries the same duties as hiring anyone else. You file the unified residence and work permit and pay the Serbian state fees for it. You pay the salary and benefits set by Serbian labour law, on the same terms as local staff, and provide the accommodation, meals or transport you have offered in the contract. Site induction and any local certification for your trade also sit with you.
Flights and arrival
Travel is arranged by our desk. Who covers the ticket is agreed in writing in the offer before any candidate is shortlisted, so both sides know the position from day one and nothing changes later.
Why there is no catch
Crown is a licensed Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP 2868/RWP) working under Pakistan’s Bureau of Emigration. Every deployment runs on a written demand and a registered contract, and worker-side costs in Pakistan follow the Bureau’s regulated schedule. That is what lets us keep recruitment free for the employer while staying fully within the law.
Employer questions
Is recruitment really free for the employer?
Yes. Sourcing, screening, trade testing and the Pakistan-side paperwork cost your company nothing.
Do you charge for trade tests or video interviews?
No. Practical tests with recorded videos and online interviews are part of the free service.
What does a Serbian employer still pay?
The Serbian permit fees, the worker’s salary under Serbian labour law, and any housing, food or transport promised in the contract.
