Maintain and repair agricultural machinery and factory equipment, diagnose mechanical problems, and carry out preventive maintenance. Turkish agricultural enterprises, particularly around Kayseri and the surrounding OSB regions, have been formally requesting Pakistani skilled tradesmen to fill gaps left by returning Syrian labour. Crown runs Turkey e-visa processing, medical clearance and document attestation in parallel with the employer's work-permit filing. Realistic timeline from offer to deployment is 6–8 weeks once the document chain is moving correctly.
