Trade-tested Pakistani construction workers for UAE contractors and developers — masons, steel fixers, welders, carpenters, electricians and supervisors, deployed in about six weeks.
UAE construction is the largest and most steady source of demand for workers in the GCC. Demand comes from property developers and their EPC contractors, infrastructure spending in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, new hotels across the Northern Emirates, and ongoing fit-out and maintenance of existing buildings.
Crown Enterprises Overseas Employment has been deploying Pakistani construction workforce to the UAE since 2010. Our 36+ active employer partners include major UAE property developers, alongside contractors and EPC groups across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah.
A UAE work visa for Pakistani workers takes 6–8 weeks from the confirmed offer letter to arrival on site, the most predictable lead time of any GCC country.

Candidates come from our current pool or are found through our network across Pakistan. Trade tests are held in Pakistan: welders weld test plates, masons build a course and electricians wire a panel board. Practical tests only.

BISE attestation, IBCC equivalence, MOFA apostille (Hague Convention since May 2024), police clearance and trade certificates.
The UAE employer (sponsor) applies for the work entry permit through MOHRE, and the visa is stamped at the UAE embassy in Islamabad. This usually takes 3–4 weeks once the documents are ready.
A briefing on what UAE workplaces expect, FIA processing and Protector of Emigrants clearance. The worker arrives ready to start, and the Emirates ID and labour card are processed within the first 30 days.
Crown Enterprises Overseas Employment operates under Pakistan's Bureau of Emigration and Overseas Employment (BEOE) framework — Licence No. 2868/RWP. Every deployment is logged through the Protector of Emigrants and complies with UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) requirements on the destination side.
Protection for workers on both sides: contracts in English and Urdu, a pre-departure briefing and a welfare desk available for the whole contract.
