Mid-month
Optional hours check-in, so overtime and leave do not pile up at month end.
Crown becomes the Pakistani employer for your remote staff and runs their payroll end to end: contracts, night-shift allowances, FBR income tax, EOBI, social security, leave and gratuity. You approve hours, pay one invoice in US dollars and receive a breakdown mapped to your books.
A US company with three or thirty people in Pakistan often ends up with a spreadsheet of wires, ad-hoc bonuses and nobody tracking leave or tax. Crown replaces that with one employer, one payday and one invoice. Each person gets a contract, a monthly payslip and statutory cover; your controller gets a breakdown that posts straight into QuickBooks or NetSuite. Night-shift work for US hours is built into the payroll rather than handled informally.

You pay what each employee actually costs in Pakistan, salary, allowances, employer contributions, gratuity provision and medical cover, plus one fixed monthly management fee per person in USD. HR administration and reporting are included.
Pakistani salaries are normally paid monthly, and that is what staff and banks expect. If you need it, we can run a mid-month advance against salary, but most US clients keep a single monthly payday and approve hours twice a month.
Staff covering US hours work the Pakistani night. Night allowance, transport or pick-and-drop and any meal allowance are fixed in the contract and appear as separate lines on every payslip and on your breakdown.
They move onto a Crown employment contract on an agreed payroll date. From then on they have a payslip, income tax withheld, EOBI and social security contributions, leave and gratuity, and you stop sending individual wires.
Approved hours, overtime and leave by the cut-off date, and payment of the USD invoice three working days before payday. Everything else, including filings and employee queries, is handled by the desk.
