Pakistan regulates who may recruit its citizens for work abroad. Crown Enterprises is one of the agencies licensed to do it — OEP 2868/RWP, issued under the Emigration Ordinance and supervised by the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment.
Under Pakistan's emigration law, an employer's demand must be processed by a licensed Overseas Employment Promoter, and every worker needs Bureau registration and a Protector of Emigrants stamp before leaving. Workers recruited outside this system can be stopped at the airport — which leaves the employer with an issued visa and an empty post.
Working with a licensed promoter such as Crown keeps the whole file on the official record from demand letter to departure.
Copies of our licence and ISO certificate come with every feasibility note — see licence and compliance.
More detail: how a file moves.
Not every licensed agency runs files the same way. Our guide on choosing a Pakistani recruitment partner lists the questions worth asking, and our manpower supply page covers the trades we deliver.

Employment-visa departures must be processed through a licensed promoter and cleared by the Protector of Emigrants. Direct hiring has its own separate procedure.
Employers pay Crown nothing for our recruitment work.
