The situation

What the contractor needed

An energy-services contractor in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province staffs technical and support roles on energy projects. Its supplier-compliance team needed a licensed Pakistani supplier that could pass its vendor qualification and then deliver every candidate file complete, in the same format, every time.

Crown runs the Pakistan side under OEP 2868/RWP. The contractor issues the visas and runs the Saudi side.

How the file moves

From vendor approval to departure

1. Supplier qualification

Crown completed the contractor's supplier qualification form with its OEP licence, ISO 9001:2015 certificate and company documents before the first candidate was put forward.

2. One document order

Every candidate file arrives as one PDF in the same order: CV, passport (both pages), photograph, CNIC, police clearance certificate and family registration certificate.

3. Candidate tracking

Each candidate is tracked from selection to departure in a single tracker, so the contractor can see who is cleared and who is pending.

4. Medical, biometrics, stamping

Once the visa is issued, attestation, GAMCA/Wafid medical, biometrics and visa stamping are handled by the same Islamabad team that prepared the file.

5. Emigration clearance

Every worker is registered with the Protector of Emigrants and covered by the mandatory insurance before departure, as Pakistani law requires.

6. Repeat orders

Replacements and new requisitions follow the same file standard, so the contractor's compliance team checks the same layout every time.
