Who does what, once more
Musaned and Qiwa are Saudi systems. A Pakistani OEP that says it will "do Musaned for you" is only selling words. We schedule Wafid and handle the exit from Pakistan; your PRO files on the Saudi side.
The size of a block should match your housing and the medical schedule, not a round number from a presentation. If a worker fails the medical, we find a replacement with no sourcing fee; tickets follow the demand letter.
Common failures: drivers without the licence class you need, helpers sold as technicians, and welders who have never used the process you asked for. We would rather lose the order than send that CV.
Read our cost page before you compare us with an agency that quotes a single dollar price. Government fees change, and we will not make up an all-in riyal figure for 2026 just to win a spreadsheet.

A ready-to-send first message
Send the city, trade, number of workers, housing, tickets, month and whether Musaned is ready. If it is not ready, tell us — we will not book medicals with nothing behind them.
For drivers, give the licence class. For warehouses, say whether a reach truck is needed. For construction, name the trade, not "all trades".
Operating standard on every file
We do not raise a shortlist against a voice note. We do not change a trade title after medicals to make a permit look cleaner. We do not put a host-country principal’s name on a public page. We do not invoice the employer for sourcing or for the trade-test itself.
We do refuse files. Closed quota, ratio that cannot work, housing that will not survive an inspection, a driver seat with no licence class, a “technician” who is a helper — those are refusals. A refusal in week one is cheaper than a return ticket in week twelve.
Reply SLA is one business day on a usable note. A usable note has company, city, trades, headcount, housing, tickets, month. Shortlist work follows that note, not a logo exchange. Host-country filings stay with the employer for the life of the file.
Before you wire anything
Verify the OEP number on the public register, not on a broker chat. Write the testable trade. Write the ticket line. Write the city.
If you need a reference, identify your company first. We do not hand out principal names in a first email to an unread inbox.
