- At least 3 years of practical auto body spray painting — primer, colour matching, clear coat and buffing
- A short video of you doing real spray painting or bodywork must be sent with your application (WhatsApp video, Google Drive or YouTube link)
- Knows spray guns, paint booths and panel preparation and sanding
- A valid Pakistani passport, with at least 18 months left
- Medical fitness certificate and police clearance
- Must be in Pakistan now and able to join straight away — candidates already abroad will not be considered
- Ready to move on a work permit sponsored by the employer
