Trained Pakistani hospitality staff for Turkish hotels, resorts and restaurant groups in Antalya, Bodrum, Istanbul and the wider resort coast.
Türkiye received more than 50 million international tourists in 2024, and the numbers kept rising through 2025–2026. Antalya, Belek, Bodrum, Marmaris, Istanbul and Cappadocia are full through the summer, and spring and autumn demand grows every year.
Local hospitality workers are not keeping up. Five-star resorts and large city hotels are recruiting abroad for chefs, restaurant staff, housekeeping and front office. Pakistani hospitality teams suit Türkiye well: working English, halal kitchen experience, long stays and a service style that fits both holiday and business hotels.
Crown Enterprises Overseas Employment has been deploying Pakistani hospitality workforce overseas since 2010, with active partner networks across the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and now Turkey.
Kitchen: Continental chefs, Asian cuisine specialists, halal Middle Eastern cooks, commis chefs, kitchen stewards and porters, bakers and pastry assistants.
Antalya and Belek: Five-star resort area with demand all year. All-inclusive hotels take the largest teams, often 80–200 foreign staff per hotel each season.
Bodrum and Marmaris: A mix of boutique and large hotels. Demand is highest from April to October, but hiring for the season happens in February and March.
Istanbul: Convention, business and luxury hotels with demand all year and hiring every quarter. Restaurants in Istanbul expect especially high standards from chefs and front-of-house staff.
Cappadocia: A premium boutique market with strong demand in spring and autumn. Groups are smaller, but each role needs more specialised skills.
Black Sea and eastern resorts: A newer source of demand with few recruitment channels — a good fit for hotels hiring from abroad for the first time.
