How we deploy skilled Pakistani workers to Turkish employers from start to finish: the work permit, the document chain and realistic timelines.
Three strong waves of demand are running at the same time in Türkiye and none of them is slowing down: hotels and tourism along the Antalya–Bodrum–Istanbul coast (more than 50 million visitors a year), construction for earthquake rebuilding and large projects such as Kanal Istanbul and new metro lines, and a textile and manufacturing labour market that is always short of workers.
Pakistani workforce fits the Turkish market well — culturally close, work-tested across GCC and European deployments, English-functional on multinational sites, and known for long contract retention. Crown Enterprises Overseas Employment is licensed under Pakistan's Bureau of Emigration and Overseas Employment (OEP Licence No. 2868/RWP) and has been deploying overseas manpower since 2010.
Türk işverenler için: 2010'dan bu yana edindiğimiz tecrübeyle, OEP lisanslı olarak inşaat, turizm, tekstil ve üretim sektörlerine kalifiye Pakistanlı işgücü sağlıyoruz.
Turkish employer issues a formal offer letter and signs the bilingual service contract with Crown Enterprises Overseas Employment. Roles, salary, accommodation, and contract length are confirmed at this stage.
The Turkish employer starts the work permit application on the e-Devlet portal of the Ministry of Labour and Social Security (Çalışma ve Sosyal Güvenlik Bakanlığı). The employer provides its trade registry, tax certificate and social security clearance.
At the same time we prepare the candidate's documents: BISE-attested education certificates, IBCC equivalence and a MOFA apostille. Pakistan joined the Hague Apostille Convention in May 2024, so an apostille is now the standard instead of legalisation.
A medical with the panel approved for Türkiye, a police character certificate issued within the last 90 days, and biometrics collected for the Turkish consulate file.
Once the work permit is approved (usually 4–6 weeks after the application), the Turkish embassy in Islamabad issues the work visa. A pre-departure briefing, FIA processing and Protector of Emigrants clearance complete the file.
The worker arrives in Türkiye, gets a residence permit (İkamet İzni) within 30 days and starts work under the formal contract.
From the moment a Turkish employer confirms manpower demand, Crown Enterprises Overseas Employment manages the complete Pakistan-side documentation chain. The employer receives a ready-to-deploy candidate file — we own everything in between.
Construction: Welders (3G–6G certified), steel fixers, shuttering carpenters, masons, plumbers, LV/MV electricians, pipe fitters, HVAC technicians, plant operators, site supervisors and safety officers.
Two-year contracts for every worker, which can be renewed at the end if both sides agree.
Paid annual leave under Turkish labour law (usually 14–20 days, depending on length of service).
Overtime, weekends and holidays — our workers are briefed in advance on flexible shifts and on what is expected of them abroad.
Pakistani workers are hard-working and adaptable, and they have a good record of staying long-term in their jobs in Türkiye.
