The job is in Lithuania on an employer-sponsored work permit, and you travel from Pakistan under Crown’s licensed emigration route (OEP 2868/RWP). Your Lithuanian employer registers the job and obtains the work permit or mediation decision from the Employment Service, and then a temporary residence permit; we prepare your documents in Pakistan at the same time. Expect about 9–11 weeks from the offer to departure once your documents, medical and police clearance are complete.
