Skilled Trades

Welders tested and certified before they travel.

Crown Enterprises Overseas Employment is a licensed recruitment agency in Pakistan (OEP No. 2868/RWP, BEOE) supplying skilled welders and fabricators to international employers. Every welder is trade-tested before deployment, so the candidates you interview are verified to your specification.

Welders we supply: 6G pipe welders · 3G/4G structural welders · TIG welders · MIG/MAG welders · ARC (SMAW) welders · flux-core welders · pipe fitters · steel fabricators · aluminium welders

How We Test

Testing and verifying welders.

Welders are tested against your WPS/PQR with practical coupon tests and visual inspection, plus third-party or client-witnessed tests when needed. We also check experience certificates, earlier jobs in the Gulf or Europe and medical fitness, so the welders you get are ready for site.

Who we are

Welder recruitment, handled by a licensed agency.

Crown Enterprises Overseas Employment is licensed by the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment (OEP Licence 2868/RWP) and ISO 9001:2015 certified, working from Islamabad. We recruit, trade-test and document Pakistani workers for employers in the Gulf, Türkiye, Europe and the Balkans.

How it works

Five steps from demand to arrival.

  1. You send the demand. Roles, headcount, salary, contract length and start date. Crown replies in writing by the next working day.
  2. We source and trade-test. Candidates are tested in person in Pakistan; a tested shortlist reaches you within 5 to 10 working days.
  3. You interview and approve. Only the candidates you approve go forward.
  4. Permits and clearances. The permit route depends on the country; we set it out in the feasibility answer before you commit.
  5. Orientation and travel. Pre-departure orientation on duties, host-country culture and labour rights, then travel and arrival support.
Cost and paperwork

Your costs and your paperwork.

You pay Crown no sourcing, screening or trade-testing fee. Statutory items on your side, such as statutory permit and visa fees, and the contract package stay with you; flight tickets are agreed case by case. Workers are charged only the placement fee permitted by BEOE regulation.

To start, the employer typically provides four things: the demand letter, a power of attorney in Crown’s favour, the job contract, and whatever permit documents the destination country requires. See the full document list.
