Full-time · Construction & Manufacturing · Pay set to your budget · Workers sent from Pakistan
Construction and manufacturing employers in Bosnia and Herzegovina are hiring general and skilled workers on Bosnian work permits — a newer European route for Pakistani workers.
You pay Crown no sourcing, screening or trade-testing fee. Statutory items on your side, such as work-and-residence permit fees, and the contract package stay with you; flight tickets are agreed case by case. Workers are charged only the placement fee permitted by BEOE regulation.
To start, the employer typically provides four things: the demand letter, a power of attorney in Crown’s favour, the job contract, and whatever permit documents the destination country requires. See the full document list.
You get a written feasibility answer within one business day and a shortlist of tested candidates within 5 to 10 working days. Bosnia and Herzegovina uses a work and residence permit; we prepare the Pakistani documents while your application is in progress.

Crown Enterprises Overseas Employment charges no sourcing, screening or trade-testing fee; flights are agreed case by case.
