Report a concern

Verify before you reply. Report if in doubt.

Licensed agencies are routinely impersonated. Fake pages collect 'visa money' from job seekers; fake brokers write to employers claiming to act for us. Here is how to check a message against the real Crown, and where a concern goes.

Only @crownoep.comEmployers never payNamed reply within one working day

Three checks

1

The sender domain

Crown writes to employers from @crownoep.com addresses only. Free webmail, look-alike domains or messaging-app-only contacts are not Crown.

2

Any request for money

Crown charges employers nothing — not for registration, documents, 'embassy processing' or visas. A payment request to an employer is fraud by definition.

3

The document trail

Our shortlists, offers and demand-letter drafts are PDFs on Crown letterhead with the desk manager's name. Screenshots and forwarded images are not how we work.

Notice to job seekers

Crown does not sell visas, does not appoint village agents, and does not accept payments to personal bank accounts or in cash. No money is due before you have read and signed a job offer in Urdu. Anyone asking for your passport 'to keep safe' or for an advance 'to reserve the visa' is not acting for Crown. Report them to us and to the nearest Protector of Emigrants office.

Where a concern goes

Employers and partners

Write to hello@crownoep.com with Concern in the subject line and the suspicious message attached. The Islamabad desk manager answers in person within one working day with the outcome.

Workers and families

Email jobs@crownoep.com or use the WhatsApp line and begin with the word Shikayat. We do not reveal who reported to the person reported.

Every concern is logged and reviewed by the director. Misuse of Crown's name is referred to the FIA anti-human-trafficking circle.
