Filmed test with each profile
Every candidate on the shortlist has a short, unedited video of the task — welding run, machine operation, driving manoeuvre, hands-on trade work — alongside the test result.
Live session over video
Your team sets the task and watches it performed in real time, with questions put through our interpreter. Twenty to thirty minutes per candidate.
Selection trip to Pakistan
Crown organises venue, equipment, materials and a pre-screened pool of two or three candidates per vacancy, plus airport transfers and hotel. A twenty-man selection is normally done in two days.
Trades we test
- Welding and fabrication — SMAW, MIG/MAG and TIG coupons in required positions; reading a fabrication drawing.
- Garments and textiles — lockstitch, overlock, cutting and ironing to a sample within a set time.
- Construction — formwork, rebar, masonry, plaster and tiling tasks checked with a level and a tape.
- Drivers and operators — LTV/HTV road and yard test, trailer reversing, forklift course, licence verification.
- Hospitality and facilities — room make-up, kitchen stewarding, food-safety basics, simple language check.
- Agriculture and livestock — tractor and harvester operation, animal handling, greenhouse work.
Trades requiring a national certificate are routed to NAVTTC-recognised centres and the certificate is added to the file.
