Hiring factory workers

Tested factory workers from Pakistan, ready for your factory.

Crown Enterprises is a Pakistani overseas employment promoter licensed by the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment (OEP Licence 2868/RWP) and certified to ISO 9001:2015. We recruit factory workers for employers abroad, test them in person in Pakistan, and handle the paperwork through to arrival.

Factory requests currently come from Türkiye (production operators in İzmir, CNC operators and unskilled factory workers), Romania, Serbia, Poland and Moldova, as well as Gulf manufacturers.

Roles and trade tests

What each factory role is tested on.

We test factory candidates on the kind of line they will work on: CNC operators machine and measure a part, assemblers follow a sequence against the clock and inspectors check parts against a drawing.

Timeline

How a manufacturing hire runs.

  1. You send the demand. Roles, headcount, salary, contract length and start date. Crown replies in writing by the next working day.
  2. We source and trade-test. Candidates are tested in person in Pakistan. A tested shortlist reaches you within 5 to 10 working days.
  3. You interview and approve. Only the candidates you approve go forward.
  4. Documents and clearances. Medicals, embassy submissions and government attestations are handled in-house. For Gulf postings, workers also clear the GAMCA medical and Protectorate registration.
  5. Orientation and travel. Workers receive pre-departure orientation on duties, host-country culture and labour rights, and we coordinate travel and arrival.

Workers ask most about shifts, overtime and housing. Stating these clearly in the demand letter means fewer drop-outs between selection and departure.

Cost and paperwork

Your costs and your paperwork.

You pay no sourcing, screening or trade-testing fee. Flight tickets and statutory government fees are agreed case by case, because what each employer covers differs by project. Workers are charged only the placement fee permitted by BEOE regulation.

To start, an employer usually sends a demand letter, a power of attorney, the employment contract and the work-permit papers required by the destination country. See the full document list.

FAQs

Manufacturing hiring questions.

Can you send skilled and unskilled workers together?

Yes. A group often combines machine operators, assemblers and general workers, with each group tested separately.

Can CNC operators read technical drawings?

Yes — CNC operators and QC inspectors are tested on reading drawings and measuring parts.

How long before workers arrive?

Shortlisting takes 5 to 10 working days; arrival then depends on the destination's permit and visa process, which our feasibility answer explains.

What are the employer's costs?

Sourcing, screening and trade testing are free for the employer. Flights and government fees are agreed for each project.
