We recruit warehouse workers for employers abroad, test them in person in Pakistan, and handle the paperwork through to arrival.
Warehouse workers are currently the most requested role in Poland, Serbia, Romania, Croatia and Italy. In Poland we also offer an on-demand model: you give the workers their tasks, and we handle permits, visas, housing, transport and payroll.
We test warehouse candidates for the work you actually do: picking accuracy and speed, safe lifting, forklift driving and basic scanner or computer use. The results are shown next to each name on the shortlist.
In Poland, forklift operators get their UDT certificate locally. For other countries, our feasibility answer tells you which local certificate applies.
You pay no sourcing, screening or trade-testing fee. Flight tickets and statutory government fees are agreed case by case, because what each employer covers differs by project. Workers are charged only the placement fee permitted by BEOE regulation.
To start, an employer usually sends a demand letter, a power of attorney, the employment contract and the work-permit papers required by the destination country. See the full document list.

Operators are tested on a forklift in Pakistan. Local certificates, such as UDT in Poland, are obtained in the destination country.
