We recruit agricultural workers for employers abroad, test them in person in Pakistan, and handle the paperwork through to arrival.
Our recent farm requests have come from Türkiye (whole farm crews with tractor drivers, combine operators, welders and mechanics), Moldova, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Gulf farms in Saudi Arabia, Oman and Bahrain.
We test farm candidates face to face in Pakistan on real work: tractor drivers hitch and drive an implement, greenhouse workers talk us through watering and spraying, and pickers are timed on a sample harvest. Most come from Punjab and Sindh, where mechanised farming, orchards and dairy are part of daily rural life.
Much farm work is seasonal, so give us your season dates early. In most European countries the permit takes longer than the harvest window itself, and a demand sent late usually means workers arrive for the following season.
You pay no sourcing, screening or trade-testing fee. Flight tickets and statutory government fees are agreed case by case, because what each employer covers differs by project. Workers are charged only the placement fee permitted by BEOE regulation.

Yes, and Turkish farms often ask for exactly that: drivers, a mechanic and general field hands together. Each trade is tested on its own, then presented to you as a single shortlist.
Tractor and combine drivers have Pakistani licences and are tested on the machine itself. Whether they need a local licence or a conversion depends on the destination, and we spell that out in our feasibility answer.
